Napersoft is a company that practices what it preaches. The vendor is focused on its customer communication management solution and received accolades from its customer base on its ability to relay important information to those customers, which earned Napersoft a RAVE Award.
"Since our founding, Napersoft's focus has been on helping businesses and organizations have success in improving their customer communications by providing mission-critical Customer Communications Management (CCM) software solutions built on innovative, new technology," says Steve Chamberlin, vice president of sales and marketing for Napersoft. "We attribute our RAVE Award to our focus on customer satisfaction, longevity of our staff, and our commitment to enhancing our products."
Napersoft communicates with its customers through a team of account management, customer support, and professional services associates, according to Chamberlin.
"Most of our communication is through personal contact, but we also keep customers informed through email and online customer-support tools," he says. "By building personal relationships, we have been able to anticipate our customers' needs and help them streamline and grow their respective businesses."
The past year has seen Napersoft add new insurance customers and grow company revenue by 16 percent, according to Chamberlin. The company also launched a new software suite, Napersoft CCM 7, which offers additional ease-of-use for template authoring and flexible integration to other systems.
Napersoft has been in business for more than 25 years, assisting both commercial and governmental customers of all sizes implement document creation and distribution solutions, according to Chamberlin.
Napersoft CCM is a browser-based Customer Communications Management software solution used to compose, format, and distribute personalized customer documents such as correspondence, letters, policies, agreements, statements, and explanation of benefits.
"With Napersoft CCM, customers reduce costs and improve efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, modernize IT with a flexible and agile solution, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks," says Chamberlin.
