The Graham Co. appoints VP of marketing: The Graham Co. promoted Diana Daniele to vice president of marketing, thus completing the company's revamped leadership structure. Prior, Daniele was account manager and vice president at Graham.
Asterisk Financial names board member: Asterisk Financial appointed Anand Gala—founder, president and CEO of Gala Corp., a restaurant and real estate franchise development company—to its board of directors. Gala will advise Asterisk's management team as they look to expand within the franchising industry.
SPRISKA hires two to brokerage division: Specialty Risk of America named Ken Metz as vice president of brokerage operations and Karen Hartson as commercial lines underwriter for brokerage markets. Metz comes to SPRISKA with 25 years of insurance experience, Hartson with 20.
Narragansett Bay announces N.J. territory manager: Narragansett Bay Insurance Co. hired Lori Pakrul as New Jersey territory manager. There she will appoint and manage independent agents statewide. Pakrul comes to Narragansett Bay with more than 25 years of experience in personal lines P&C.
Founders hires chief underwriting officer: Thomas Nolde joined Founders Insurance Co. as chief underwriting officer, commercial lines. Nolde will be responsible for managing the commercial lines underwriting team, broadening product base and facilitating entry into non-standard/E&S lines. Prior, he was assistant vice president at CNA.
Companion P&C names VP, COO: Companion P&C Insurance Group hired Robert Rhodes as vice president and chief operating officer. Rhodes will oversee claims operations, third-party administrative services, premium audit and information systems. Prior, Rhodes served as chief operating officer and executive vice president at TCC of South Carolina.

Grange offers policy customization: Ohio and Georgia Grange Insurance branches introduced homeowners insurance policy customization options. With the new program, policyholders can work with independent agents to select coverage options. Grange is planning to implement the new option in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin later this year.
Crump offers managed care, D&O/ELPI, disability: Crump Group advertised its managed care options—Miscellaneous E&O; D&O; Fiduciary, Privacy and Network Security; Media E&O; EPL and Technology E&O. The company also announced D&O and ELPI programs for social and human services organizations, professional associations and educational and environmental groups through 5Star Specialty Programs. In addition, Crump offers disability products for artists, entertainers, athletes and corporate executives.
OSC & 24 Asset Mgmt. introduce program for NAREB/HAP: OSC and 24 Asset Management Corp. introduced 3 home buyer protection services as part of the National Assn. of Real Estate Brokers' Homeowner's Assn. Program, which spans 25 cities. The coverage includes home warranty and job-loss protection programs.
MSO introduces self storage facility BOP: The Mutual Service Office announced its self storage facility business owners coverage. Currently this BOP coverage is approved for Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The program incorporates the property and liability provisions of standard MSO BOP as well as coverage tailored to owners' needs.
K&B Underwriters launches worker's comp. program: K&B Underwriters unveiled a workers' compensation program backed by SeaBright Insurance Co. and under the DigniCARE Risk Solutions brand. The program features a national PPO network, an individual claims adjuster assigned to each account an a return-to-work program.
CFC Underwriting launches PEO policy: Lloyd's MGA, CFC Underwriting introduced a tailored professional and general liability policy of US professional employment organizations (PEOs). PEOs handle HR functions, including administration of employee benefit programs and workers' compensation. The policy is a comprehensive and modular package which includes E&O, commercial general liability, cyber and privacy liability, property cover and business interruption insurance.

K&K expands skating rink program: K&K Insurance Group announced its ice and inline skating facilities program now includes roller skating rinks. Coverage available for rinks that meet underwriting guidelines includes general liability, property, commercial auto, inland marine, crime, excess liability and workers' compensation as well as optional sexual abuse and molestation coverage. Minimum premium is $5,000.
