2011 RAVE AwardsSean Pitcher, president and CEO of Maximum Processing, believes having a great software solution and excellent employees are two good reasons why his company's Stingray software solution was selected as a co-winner in the policy administration system category for this year's second annual RAVE Awards.

But there is more to Maximum Processing's success than that, insists Pitcher.

"We believe it is our commitment to our clients and their business needs that make us stand out," he says. "We strive to ensure that we are not just vendors, but good partners as well."

Maximum Processing Customer Quote: "The organization is growing but never loses sight of their customer. This, to me, shows great character and the team values their customer."

Founded in 2001, Maximum Processing focuses solely on solutions for the property/casualty insurance industry, according to Pitcher.

"Our Stingray system is a complete suite," he says. "It is 100-percent Web-based, which includes policy, billing, claims, reinsurance, imaging, business intelligence, portals and more. Our clients range from one line/one state start-ups to multi-billion dollar national carriers."

Since Maximum Processing's customer base nominated the company for the RAVE Award, Pitcher believes it is a sign that the company is paying attention to all of its customers' needs, which Pitcher maintains is important for the success of a solution provider.

"We provide a completely configurable solution for our customers," says Pitcher. "We always present it as configuring our system to fit our clients' business needs, not them having to change their business to use our system."

Maximum Processing has refused to stand still with its Stingray product. Pitcher maintains the company has made a commitment to keep improving its product to maintain its high ranking.

"We have continued to provide additional features and functions to our clients as part of their base system without extra expense," he says. "We plan on continuing to provide a site license that is not restricted by users, lines or premium and which allows businesses to keep growing without having to worry about their licensing costs."
