The webinar, titled "What Are You Waiting For? Get Meaningful Use from Your Information Through Document and Process Automation," is designed to help insurers discover how to automate and improve back-office processes and get more meaningful use from their information.
Carol McAllister, IT director for Unitrin Direct, will discuss the benefits of using business process management (BPM) software to orchestrate communication between information capture and digital storage systems, phone systems, and more.
The webinar will look at Unitrin's use of process and document automation to expedite underwriting and claims processes, lower operational costs, handle returned mail cost-efficiently, manage document retention effectively, and improve services.
