Recognizing that internal resistance to change is often a difficult obstacle for insurance companies to overcome when implementing a new system, ISCS is partnering with ITS Data Services, a subsidiary of JMV Services, to develop training and change management services specific to the capabilities of ISCS' SurePower Innovation policy administration suite.
"This new service will help ease the training and change issues insurance companies typically associate with a legacy replacement project," says Darin Archer, vice president of professional services and partner relations for ISCS. "We are pleased to have this resource in place for new SurePower clients. I believe this offering further demonstrates ISCS's commitment to delivering the best functionality possible at the least impact to a carrier's internal and distribution channel stakeholders."
The ITS change management service provides training for ISCS's SurePower Innovation clients via video, as well as in person. The service utilizes screen video captures of SurePower Innovation in addition to step-by-step instructions for common tasks.
"Our service complements ISCS's implementation methodology," says Chris Belle, vice president of services for ITS Data Services. "In addition to training, we help ISCS's clients manage the complex organizational and workforce transition required to roll a new enterprise system."
