Zywave Inc., a provider of software-as-a-service enterprise for the employee benefits and property & casualty insurance distribution industry, has named James Emling as president.
Emling joined Zywave in 1996 as a software development intern and became principal technical architect of Zywave's initial product offerings. In 2000, Emling was promoted to vice president and chief technology officer. Emling will serve as president and chief operating officer to guide the company towards future growth.
Emling graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in computer science and accounting. He holds a master's of business administration degree in strategic marketing from Marquette University, where he also graduated summa cum laude.
