StoneRiver Announces New Name, Web Site

StoneRiver has announced the company's formal transition from Fiserv Insurance Solutions is now effective. StoneRiver is a new brand name for this provider of technology solutions and services for the insurance industry.

StoneRiver encompasses the products and services previously marketed as Fiserv Insurance Solutions, Emerald Publications, RegEd, FSC, National Flood Services, Third Party Solutions (TPS), P2P Link, and Direct Comp RX.

StoneRiver also unveiled its new corporate Web site at www.stoneriver.com. The new site centralizes content and makes navigation to relevant information fast and easy. Additional features and enhancements will be introduced throughout 2009.

Trident IV, a private equity fund managed by Stone Point Capital LLC, acquired a 51 percent interest in Fiserv Insurance Solutions, Inc., from Fiserv, Inc., in July 2008.
