Chicago-based Hub International Limited said that its Hub International of California Insurance Services Inc. has acquired Nett & Champion Insurance Services of Santa Barbara, Calif. Terms of the deal were not released.
The agency specializes in employee benefit consulting and insurance brokerage services.
The Nett & Champion team includes owners Gary Nett and Michael Champion, who will join Hub California at its existing Santa Barbara office.
