Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker USI Holdings Corp. said it has acquired Woodbury, NY-based insurance broker Sammis, Smith & Brush Inc. Terms were not announced.
Sammis provides property-casualty insurance products and services to businesses and individuals throughout the Long Island and New York Metro area.
The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $7 million of revenues to USI annually.
