Montvale, N.J.-based wholesaler Jimcor Agencies said it has acquired Federico & Associates, based in Lansdown, Pa. Terms of the deal were not released.
A regional wholesaler, Fedrico was founded in 1996. It specialized in the property-casualty and professional liability business.
"This transaction further develops our already solid brokerage and binding authority capabilities," said James Mastowski, chief executive officer of Jimcor, in a statement.
Jimcor, an excess and surplus lines wholesaler, has seven offices located throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts
