The National Council on Compensation Insurance announced that Mark Mileusnic has joined NCCI Holdings Inc. as chief customer operations officer.
Mr. Mileusnic previously spent almost 20 years with Chubb Insurance Companies in a variety of management positions around the world, including postings to the Asia Pacific region and to India, where he established and ran company operations, NCCI said.
Most recently, Mr. Mileusnic served as vice president, account service/underwriting center manager, at Chubb's Itasca, Ill., office.
Mr. Mileusnic at NCCI will be responsible for maintaining the customer operations business unit, the company said.
This division is responsible for products and services delivered to carriers, self-insurers, state funds and agents, including customer satisfaction and bottom-line results. It also includes the customer service call center, product management, assigned risk, experience rating and affiliate services. Mr. Mileusnic will report directly to Stephen J. Klingel, NCCI president and chief executive officer.
The new appointee's extensive industry experience gives him an understanding of the challenges and issues carriers face, Mr. Klingel said, adding that his “background, combined with his customer service orientation, will help NCCI reach its goal of consistently exceeding customer expectations.”
