Mark Newman has been named the new general manager of the Los Angeles division of Wheco Corp., a crane and capital equipment structural repair and restoration company, with headquarters in Pasco, Wash. With more than 25 years of experience, Newman will supervise the Los Angeles repair center. Previously, he was with California-based Affholder.
