HRH Acquires N.J. Agency
NU Online News Service, May 2, 4:04 p.m. EDT?Richmond, Va.-based insurance broker Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Co. announced the acquisition of The Aaron Wolf Agency Inc. in Vineland, N.J.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Wolf Agency provides property-casualty insurance and risk management services to its clients. The agency has reported annual revenues of approximately $700,000, HRH said.
Aaron Wolf and his son, Daniel S. Wolf, will relocate to HRH's Mount Laurel, N.J., office reporting to Carl J. Timpanaro, president, and Robert B. Lockhart, Northeast regional director.
