Brown & Brown Acquires Fla. Agency
NU Online News Service, April 7, 4:00 p.m. EDT - Daytona Beach, Fla., based insurance broker Brown & Brown announced the acquisition of Rogers and Associates Insurance, Inc., of Palm Harbor, Fla.
Rogers and Associates is a commercial property-casualty insurance agency with reported annualized revenues of approximately $1.1 million. The agency serves the insurance needs of businesses and homeowners primarily in Florida's Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.
Howard and Suzanne Rogers, Linda Baker and their staff will be combining operations with Brown & Brown's existing Clearwater, Fla., office.
