The 2014 CAAFE program highlights excellence in three categories, with awards given to winning agencies throughout the year. We are now accepting applications for excellence in Sales & Marketing. The winning agency will be featured on PropertyCasualty360.com, and also receive an iPad.
Independent agencies entered the award program by completing an extensive application and providing an essay describing their unique approaches and success stories. NU Property & Casualty editors chose the finalists, and individual winners were determined by an outside panel of independent judges from leading insurance groups.
The "Commercial Insurance Agency of the Year Award" program was launched by NU Property & Casualty in 2002 to spotlight outstanding agencies that serve as role models for their peers.

The program recognizes an overall winner plus two finalists. The 2014 Best Agency Website Award Winner is R&R Insurance Services of Waukesha, Wis. Since redesigning its website and moving content to a platform that utilizes inbound marketing, online quote requests at R&R Insurance have nearly quadrupled and website visits are up 50%. Judges singled out the agency's dedication to and use of SEO, analytical tools and integrated brand awareness.
