Pioneer State Mutual Insurance, a Michigan P&C insurance carrier, has selected Duck Creek Policy to replace its legacy policy system. Duck Creek Policy was selected to integrate seamlessly into the insurer’s existing user interface. Once implemented, Duck Creek’s customer-centric policy system will allow Pioneer State Mutual to manage its entire customer lifecycle with a seamless back end experience.

Dryden Mutual Insurance Company, a New York-based provider of property and liability insurance in urban and suburban areas statewide, has successfully completed the implementation of Guidewire InsuranceNow™ across its organization to modernize its technology platform and transform the way it does business.
