Patrick J. Milner has been promoted to president of NavTech, The Navigators Group‘s global business unit which underwrites upstream and downstream energy, power generation, engineering/construction and other technical industrial-related risks. Milner is an industry veteran who has been with Navigators in London for nearly 30 years, most recently leading the company’s global upstream energy business.

New York-based Wellthie has named D. Orlando Keise chief technology officer, effective immediately. Most recently, Keise was responsible for marketing technology at LearnVest and Northwestern Mutual.
