London-based advisor firm and brokerage Willis Towers Watson has promoted Alexis Faber to global head of financial lines. She previously served as FINEX North America practice leader. She is based out of Memphis, Tennessee. Read our profile on Faber “Will to win: Willis executive Alexis Faber.”

Willis Towers Watson also promoted Mike Liss to head of its Corporate Risk and Broking business in North America, effective immediately. He most recently served as the company’s Midwest leader.
