A corporate jet crashed into a home in a Maryland suburb of Washington, D.C., as it was attempting to land, killing at least three people.

(Bloomberg) — A corporate jet crashed into a home in a Maryland suburb of Washington, D.C., as it was attempting to land, killing at least three people.

The twin-engine Embraer SA Phenom 100 is owned by Sage Aviation LLC in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, according to U.S. Federal Aviation Administration records. The company couldn’t be immediately reached to comment on the accident and local authorities haven’t named the people who were on board.
