The Hilb Group LLC acquired The Martin Agency Inc., based in Danville, Ky.

NEFCO Fire Investigations announced a merger with Kufta Assocs. Ltd. With the merger, the two organizations will have expert locations to include York, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Lancaster, Huntingdon Valley, Wilkes-Barre, Larksville and Doylestown, Pa.

Norman-Spencer Agency Inc. acquired Northern Star Management Inc. Northern Star is a New Jersey-based underwriting management company and wholesale producer, working with a network of agents and brokers specializing in transportation insurance solutions.
