Brown & Brown welcomed Laurel L. Grammig, vice president and corporate secretary, to a newly created position of chief compliance and regulatory officer. She has served with the company since 1994. Mark E. King has been promoted to chief litigation counsel after holding the positions of senior litigation counsel and assistant general counsel. Kathy Colangelo was elected regional vice president of the company. She joined in 1997 and currently serves as a director of the Florida Surplus Lines Assn.
