CCC To Acquire Injury Sciences

CCC Information Services Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Injury Sciences LLC, which provides insurance carriers with scientifically based analytic tools to help identify fraudulent and exaggerated injury claims associated with automobile accidents. A leading provider of advanced software and workflow tools to the insurance automotive claims and collision repair industries, CCC expects the transaction to be finalized by the end of the year.
