Ever wonder what it'd be like to be the boss?

Better yet, ever wonder what it'd be like if the boss was just another employee?

Diana Dwyer-Owens, CEO and Chairwoman of Rainbow International parent company The Dwyer Group will soon find out what it's like to be one of her company's service employees. She will appear on CBS's reality show “Undercover Boss,” Sunday, Jan. 22 at 8 a.m. EST/7 p.m. CDT.

This hidden-camera show features an executive who goes undercover in his or her own company to get a raw look at how people really work. Dwyer-Owens went undercover within The Dwyer Group franchise service brands to find out how the corporate culture is being embraced by service professionals on the front line.

“This is clearly more than just a job for Dina,” says Chris Carlson “Undercover Boss” executive producer. “She has deep emotional ties to the business and its employees since The Dwyer Group was founded by her late father, who was also her mentor. This episode ranks among the most powerful and moving episodes of 'Undercover Boss.'”

The CEO-turned-service-professional donned company uniforms to experience life as a potential trainee whose service brands represent some of the most male-dominated industries. On Jan. 15, the two-time Emmy nominated “Undercover Boss” kicked off its third season to continue its mission to enable some of the world's most successful company leaders to embark on grassroots journeys within their own organizations. The opportunity not only gives a glimpse into how the company operates, but how it can be improved, as well as a chance for unique insight into the work and lives of employees.
