Paul Davis gives promotion: Allan Degner has been named the director of marketing at Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southeast Wisconsin. Degner previously held the position of marketing manager with Paul Davis in its central Wisconsin office. As the director of marketing Degner will be responsible for all marketing strategies to support customer activity and he will direct publicity efforts for Paul Davis' extensive philanthropic and community service initiatives.

Thomas McGrath III joins Cooper Gay Re: President and Chief Executive Officer Neal Abernathy of Swett & Crawford reports that Thomas McGrath III will join Cooper Gay Re as executive vice president. McGrath brings more than 35 years of industry experience and recently served as executive vice president with Towers Watson's reinsurance brokerage.

Willis expands with new producer: Willis North America announced that Chris McKenna has been appointed producer in the Willis Radnor office. McKenna will be responsible for identifying new clientele and expanding Willis' outreach in the Pennsylvania marketplace.


New Policies

Markel announces new coverage enhancement: Markel Corp. has reported that a databreach endorsement can now be added to Markel's allied healthcare policies at no cost. Coverage is now provided for liability resulting from a compromise of confidential patient information and costs incurred by the insured for notification expenses, credit monitoring, and data restoration with limits up to $50,000.

New product line for Seneca: Seneca Insurance Cos. has launched a new contract and commercial surety division and will be managed by Vice President Ken Ryan. For contracts the division will focus on small and emerging construction and service type contract accounts, while commercial will focus on transactional, small account and program business.

Hiscox offers new liability product: In response to the need for terrorism liability, Hiscox now offers a US hospital terrorism liability product. The product is specifically designed for healthcare institutions including hospitals, physician offices, researchers and long term care providers. NCBR coverage and the ability to purchase alongside Hiscox's hospital professional liability product are some of the features this product offers.
