Merchants Insurance Group has promoted Eric Feit to assistant vice president and regional manager of its Eastern Strategic Business Center in Hauppauge, N.Y.
With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance field, Feit was previously the regional underwriting manager for Merchants' Eastern office. He started with the company in 2001, and prior to this, he held management positions with various insurance carriers.
He is assuming the position vacated by Camilla Belser, who passed away in August.
