New York Life was named the top performing life insurance and annuity consumer Web site in DALBAR's WebMonitor Q2 2010 Rankings and Trending Report. DALBAR evaluates life insurance and annuity Web sites on a daily basis, and sites are scored on a 100-point scale on several criteria, which are grouped into five broad categories: functions, usability, content currency, consistency, and behavior centric. New York Life has also carried the DALBAR "excellent" designation for 25 consecutive quarters, more than six full years.
