Neace Lukens expanded its Midwestern footprint by opening a new Dayton, Ohio, office. The new office consists of two full-time employees. Michael Ward joins as vice president of its construction insurance services group, and Deb Markland will serve as a surety account manager.
Ward brings more than 22 years of experience in the insurance industry to Neace Lukens. As vice president of Neace Lukens' construction group, he will serve as a bond producer, managing all aspects of surety bond review, execution and issuance for clients in the construction industry.
As a surety account manager, Markland will assist producers in Neace Lukens' surety business. She brings more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry through her work with Acordia and Pottinger & Co.
