Keenan & Assocs., the Torrance-based insurance consulting and brokerage firm, has announced that Bernard Colen has joined the company as senior vice president in the public agencies property and casualty practice.
Colen has nearly 40 years of experience in workers' compensation, as a consultant, as well as the co-founder and president of third-party administrator Colen and Lee.
