Toronto-based Kingsway Financial Services Inc. said it has named Larry G. Swets Jr. its new chief executive officer and president.
Formerly the company's executive vice-president of corporate development, he replaces Colin Simpson who resigned to pursue other career interests. Mr. Simpson remains on the company's board of directors.
Kingsway Financial focuses on non-standard automobile insurance in the United States.
