The Cumberland Insurance Group announced that Paul J. Ritter, III, ESQ. has been named the new president and CEO of the company. The appointment follows the retirement of current President and CEO Robert P. Brady after 33 years of service. Brady will continue to serve on the company's board of directors.
Ritter joined Cumberland Insurance in 1999 as the assistant secretary to the board of directors. Prior to joining Cumberland Insurance, he served as senior vice president, CF and corporate secretary for Farmers and Merchants National Bank, and as an attorney for the law firm of Chance and McCann LLC.
