Previously, Gibson was president of Convergys Corporation's human resource management division, a provider of HR outsourcing for global companies, where he was responsible for leading the strategy for the HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business globally in both the private and public sectors. Under his leadership, the company was named the Top Human Resources Outsourcing Performer of 2009 by Global Services Magazine and cited as a top five BPO service provider. Gibson has been named an HRO Superstar by HRO Magazine every year since 2006.
Prior to Convergys Corporation, Gibson was executive vice president and corporate officer of EPIX Holding Corp. Gibson also served in various sales and executive positions at Ameritech and Eziaz, a Crosspoint Ventures company.
