BlueWave Technology, a provider of property/casualty claim software, has released an update to its PipelineClaims product.
According to a release from the company, PipelineClaims 4.2 now includes the following:
- Configurable fraud and claim scoring
- Automated reserving
- Upgraded correspondence module
- Comprehensive transaction audit logging
- Enhanced financial model administration
- Simplified system preferences setup
- Code list management
BlueWave said PipelineClaims 4.2 combines core claim administration with business process management, allowing insurer's mission-critical claim operations to be centralized onto one platform that manages the claim lifecycle from first-notice-of-loss entry through claim investigation, settlement, and closure.
