Connecture Inc., a provider of Web-based sales, service and process automation for the health insurance industry, announced a marketing, technology and reselling partnership today with MedicareCRM.
Through this partnership, Atlanta-based Connecture said the two firms can offer customers an integrated solution via a series of real-time integration points between their online software platforms.
The agreement also allows Connecture to re-sell MedicareCRM as part of the InsureConnect sales automation suite. The joint offering addresses the health insurance industry's need for data-driven automation across all marketing, sales and enrollment operations.
The combined end-to-end solution will reduce health plans' acquisition costs and processing time while improving accuracy, Connecture said. MedicareCRM is based in Pittsburgh.
