Connecture, Inc., a provider of Web-based sales, service, and process automation solutions to the health insurance industry, has announced a marketing, technology, and reselling partnership with MedicareCRM.
Through this partnership, Connecture and MedicareCRM can offer customers an integrated solution via a series of real-time integration points between their online software platforms. The agreement also allows Connecture to resell MedicareCRM as part of the InsureConnect sales automation suite.
The advantage this partnership brings for health plans is the combined end-to-end solution will reduce acquisition costs and processing time while improving accuracy and increasing customer satisfaction.
