Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc., (ISA) has developed a product to address the unique insurance and loss control issues facing foster care and adoption agencies. The program, administered by ISA through Chartis, is available to independent insurance agents and brokers in all 50 states. Minimum premium for eligible foster care programs is $75,000; $25,000 for eligible adoption agencies.

- General Liability Occurrence, Professional and Abuse claims-made.
- Abuse coverage limits up to $1,000,000.

- Risk management and loss control services and resources.
- Best practices on-line training for employees, foster families, and volunteers.
Submission requirements:
- Web site or brochure.
- General application (either ISA or another carrier's general application).
- Foster Care and/or adoption supplements, including sexual abuse.
- Copy of foster parent contract.
- Five years currently valued loss runs with expiring premiums.
- ACORD forms.
- Drivers' list.
