McCarty Elected to New NAIC Post

Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty has been elected to a one-year term as vice president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). McCarty has long been active in the organization. He is a member of the group's Executive Committee, the Government Relations Leadership Council, and the International Insurance Relations Leadership Group. He also chairs the Property & Casualty Committee and the Catastrophe Insurance Working Group. NAIC officers are elected annually by secret ballot of NAIC members.
