It's hard to believe, but today is my 28th anniversary at NU! A lot has changed since I started here working on a manual typewriter, but some things never seem to change--including the still unresolved debates over tort reform and federal versus state regulation that I was reporting on back in 1981! Feel free to comment on what else hasn't changed much in the insurance and risk management busines since then.
