Olwert Named President

Risk Services Cos. of Sarasota has appointed Andrew W. Olwert to the positions of COO of Risk Services and president of PBOA, Inc. Olwert was the founder and CEO of Unisource Administrators, Inc., in Sarasota. Risk Services provides captive management, reinsurance placement, and program management services in the alternative and traditional markets to commercial insurance consumers.
