A recent study by the Work Loss Data Institute deemed Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Utah and Virginia the best at handling workers' compensation injuries. Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas and Wyoming are the worst performers, the study says.
