Creative Benefits Solutions, Arthur J. Gallagher merge

Creative Benefit Solutions LLC, a Louisville-based employee benefits consulting and insurance brokerage company, has merged with insurance broker and risk management firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. Creative Benefit Solutions will continue to operate in Louisville with the same staff, and Michelle Amshoff will continue to serve as president, the companies said in a news release. Arthur J Gallagher & Co., Itasca, Ill. offers retail property/casualty brokerage, benefits brokerage, claims management, wholesale property/casualty brokerage, insurance captive formation and international brokerage services.
