With the launch of OnBase OnLine Express, a new Software-as-a-Service solution from Hyland Software, the benefits of an enterprise content management solution are available for all insurers regardless of their size or resources.

Hyland developed OnBase OnLine Express so insurers of all sizes can operate more efficiently and ultimately provide better customer service, according to King.

OnBase OnLine Express for insurance organizations was developed by analyzing the industry's goals and corresponding budgets and working with current customers. The solution will be available with the release of OnBase 9.0, scheduled for later this year.
