Police report requests can now be submitted within the CCC Autoverse portal environment, the result of agreements between CCC and police report service providers ChoicePoint Police Records, Inc. and Metropolitan Reporting.
Instead of paper-based police report tracking, users can now request and receive police reports related to a claim within the CCC Autoverse electronic claim folder, which houses additional information such as damage estimates, supplements, digital images, reinspection reports, and other claim-related information.
