Carol Sipe has been named senior vice president and general manager of Southeast operations for Lakeland-based workers' compensation provider, Summit. She will oversee claims, loss control, premium audit, policy administration, information technology, and facilities. Sipe joined Summit in 1989, ascended to director of claims operations, and in 1999 became vice president of operations.
